Unfortunately, not yet. This is a very desirable feature, so at some point down the road it will come.
OVRScript relies on the Oculus Mobile SDK to do its rendering. This SDK is not available in Javascript, therefore it can't run in a browser.
Down the road Oculus may add Javascript support, but more likely is that we'll add a way to see what the device sees. The ability to see your scene as you work on it is clearly important
